Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Spill It!. If you're not, getting a refund is simple.

14-Day Full Refund

If you purchase a license and you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to both one-time purchases and annual subscriptions.

For a direct-download purchase, email hello@tryspillit.com with your Paddle order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on the original payment method. Mac App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple; request those refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Offline transcription is free and unlimited — no word limit, no time limit, no signup. Take as long as you want before deciding if AI polish is worth it. There's no pressure and no trial clock.

Annual Subscriptions

• Cancel a direct-download annual subscription in the Paddle billing dashboard, or a Mac App Store subscription in your Apple Account's App Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep AI polish access until the end of your paid period. After that, AI polish is disabled but offline transcription continues working — unlimited, forever.
