We want you to be happy with Spill It!. If you're not, getting a refund is simple.

14-Day Full Refund

If you purchase a license and you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

This applies to both one-time purchases and annual subscriptions.

To request a refund, email hello@tryspillit.com with your Paddle order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on the original payment method.

Not Sure Yet? Use It Free

Offline transcription is free and unlimited — no word limit, no time limit, no signup. Take as long as you want before deciding if AI polish is worth it. There's no pressure and no trial clock.

Annual Subscriptions

• You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from your Paddle billing dashboard.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep AI polish access until the end of your paid period. After that, AI polish is disabled but offline transcription continues working — unlimited, forever.
